Mayor England’s journey in public service began when he secured a seat on the Chubbuck City Council in 2009, marking the beginning of a remarkable four-year term. His exceptional leadership skills earned him the prestigious role of Council President for the final two years of his tenure.
In 2013, Mayor England’s commitment to progress led him to secure the position of Mayor of Chubbuck, a role he was re-elected to in 2021, marking his remarkable third term. His dedication extends beyond mayoral duties as he actively contributes to the community through his involvement in the Bannock Planning Organization Policy Board, the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce Board, and his invaluable service on the Chubbuck Development Authority. Additionally, Mayor England’s expertise is sought after on the Advisory Board for Idaho State University’s College of Technology.
