REGETZ ATTENDS SITE SELECTOR GUILD ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Bannock Development Corporation’s President & CEO, John Regetz attended the Site Selector’s Guild Annual Conference March 26 through 27 in Salt Lake City. He participated in conjunction with REDI and Idaho Commerce to inform leading site selection firms about business opportunities in Bannock County and Eastern Idaho.
The Site Selectors Guild is the only association of the world’s foremost professional site selection consultants. Guild members provide location strategy to corporations across the globe for every industry, sector, and function. They also organize and participate in educational activities to champion the profession and ensure communities address the informational needs and priorities of companies looking for ideal facility locations.
“This conference was an excellent opportunity to acquainted with the nation’s leading professionals that lead the nation’s premier site locations,” said Regetz. “We can describe our communities’ prime locations for attracting jobs to our community.”
Each year, the Guild holds its marquee Annual Conference event with all 51 global Guild members in attendance. The Conference provides knowledge sharing, interactive exchange of ideas, and networking between the Guild members and economic developers. Conference content includes expert outside speakers, discussion panels and breakout sessions with conference attendees for the purpose of sharing insights and fostering discussion. The Guild’s Annual Conference provides multiple opportunities for networking between attendees and among Guild members and attendees.
